I applied to about 5 positions I was technically qualified for, according to information provided in the job description. I interviewed for all but 1 of those positions and was told I didn't have enough experience for the job I interviewed for, even though I've been with the company for over 4 years. - They do not offer competitive salaries and have been making bad changes to their overall compensation, especially to PTO. They went from flexible PTO to a, less than generous PTO offering.
