-COL raises aren't keeping pace with inflation so employees lose money each year (so it's kind of like loyalty is punished)
-although individual faculty, staff, students, etc are often in support of reproductive rights, marriage equality, LGQBTA, etc, it is still officially a Catholic university. So contraception of any type is not covered in the health insurance offerings for faculty or staff, for example.
-the health insurance setup is a conglomeration of local schools "pooling" their resources and is weird
-Very outdated, redundant, inefficient processes and systems in place
-Low salaries contribute heavily to roles remaining vacant, which in turn affects students (i.e. no registrar after the last one left, lack of sufficient librarian personnel resulted in fewer operating hours for library during fall and spring semesters, etc).
--Old and outdated equipment to the point that if a computer breaks down, it can't be replaced
--"Just keep packing 'em in, Seymour" (The Simpsons, IYKYK)
