Hello- Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We understand this is a “hard” place to work and is not for everyone. Startups do not have as much “work life balance” as many other jobs, however that is also on you to leave if you truly did not enjoy your job. If you are unhappy you always have the freedom of choice. As do we have the freedom to run the company how we feel is best to attract and propel the right people - which we are unapologetic about. When a company doubles year over year there’s often higher than normal turnover because each job changes as the growth occurs that is why our core tenant is Grow or Die and we speak to this so much and are upfront of what it takes.
