The C-suite level shows clearly they have no vision, experience and direction on where to go. We lost a lot due to them having no vision and they don't want to listen to other's who can see what is going on and can help to minimize their downfall. That triggers down to the D-suite and they don't have a clue on how to fix that problem.

Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
