The coworkers are great to work with and the overall environment is highly collaborative. If you get a cool management team, the job is truly a great experience. It is also very easy to transfer to other departments or different locations if you want a change of pace.

Management lacks consistency because you end up getting new managers every 6 months or so, which disrupts the workflow. The hours are just okay, nothing amazing easy to pick up hours,so manageable.

It is demoralizing to waste time and emotional energy interviewing when the process feels like a box-checking exercise. If you are not actually hiring, do not string candidates along with positive feedback. The current approach reflects poorly on the company’s values and brand. Recommendation: If you are not a recent layoff from a major tech firm, I would suggest looking elsewhere. It appears to be their business model to prioritize those specific candidates over others, regardless of your personal qualifications or positive performance during interviews.
