You are promoted fast within non-management roles. Once you want to hit management roles you have to play the political game. The place is ideal for those looking for a job through school and college as they will work with your schedule as long as you show up for assigned shifts.

Svantaggi

They constantly want you to open up your availibilty to include nights and weekends. Breaks and lunches are constantly late, and managers are expected to work extremely long hours. The stress shows.

Despite having relevant internship experience and receiving positive feedback during the interview process, I found that the company’s hiring strategy seems entirely reliant on prioritizing individuals recently laid off from FAANG companies. It feels as though they are not genuinely interested in developing new talent or giving equal consideration to qualified candidates who don't fit that specific profile. Advice for Management: Be transparent with applicants regarding your hiring criteria. It is demoralizing to waste time and emotional energy interviewing when the process feels like a box-checking exercise. If you are not actually hiring, do not string candidates along with positive feedback. The current approach reflects poorly on the company’s values and brand. Recommendation: If you are not a recent layoff from a major tech firm, I would suggest looking elsewhere. It appears to be their business model to prioritize those specific candidates over others, regardless of your personal qualifications or positive performance during interviews.
