Regardless of always being shorthanded, they will use any excuse possible to fire you. Hours are way too long due to always being short staffed. If you’re new, get ready for 12 hour shifts at minimum. Management is only ever seen when something goes wrong and they want to complain. Not one single person on the management team lifts a finger unless absolutely necessary (like a truck driver not being able to leave on time due to their load not being packed). The office people are rude, disrespectful and dishonest. Beware of the HR department, they are not honorable people. Both the office management and the HR department are more than willing to attempt to violate your HIPPA rights if it means having an excuse to fire you.
