Has many well know premium audio brands. Backup with Samsung is great but keeping the operation independent from Samsung, which is good. Opportunity to work with many departments, products, and technologies.

Too big and too many products. "Brand Name" is the only core strength of this company. None of the products (speaker, headphone, amp, noise-canceling technology, infotainment, cybersecurity, analytics data, AI, digital cockpit, telematics control units and etc) are not top end. Many "dreamer" top executives without a clear execution plan and follow-through mechanism. Need more collaboration work with Samsung.
