Cliques are formed within the office so beware on who you befriend. Some areas are micromanaged making it hard to have a conversation with anybody over there, even if it’s about work. The only way to be recognized by upper management is if you’re buddy buddy with a certain person there or if you’re a certain race. Pay isn’t up to industry standards. Advancements are rare within the company as well as good raises. It’s a good place to start if you just need a job but not somewhere to go if you’re looking for a career.
