LACK OF MANAGEMENT WHO CARES FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso HC Brands

I worked for this company well over a year and I saw no improvement for me as an employee or advancement for me because of the current management in place. I was pin pointed from the beginning and the departments shifted and merged together as one, as many as three departments together at once. Those responsibilities then became ours to "figure out". The management for this now very new department did not know what they were doing and led into a mass of employees either quitting or getting fired for various unreasonable reasons. It was almost like they wanted to pick us off one by one. It's a very twisted and sick theory that they work on and if the heads of this company are not careful they will find themselves in a very unfortunate bind. They are wanting this experience to be as much as a family experience as possible but it's difficult when you have twisted manipulators as your head management who claim to care for your current employees. Also don't try and put a two weeks notice in because they will most likely want you to just leave that day to avoid any sort of conflict. If you were to get fired unsuspectingly don't assume you can clean off your desk because the HR rep will escort you off the premises and they will mail you your items from your desk. Also there is a very fierce love triangle in this environment and its lethal to get caught up in so try your best not to or don't work here at all. Don't work so hard on creating new ideas for this company because once you do they will deny it at first and then revisit it a year later and make it seem like it is their idea, any artistic creative expression that you create for this company from the time you start to the time you end at this company is solely owned by this company. The training for this company is a complete joke and most of the time there is too much work for them to train you on how to do your your job. Read the handbook thoroughly before accepting your employment to this company.
