I have been working for north suburban as a registered nurse for about 3 years now. I have recently been out sick and throughout the course of my time out, I have been receiving calls and text messages from both my leadership team and HR representative. This is not to get me back to work but rather to ensure that I was taking care of myself and that I was doing okay. Their number one concern has been my personal health and I cannot begin to express the gratitude that I feel for that. North suburban may look like a small hospital on the outside but this team works their butts off every day. We take one another’s well being so personally and genuinely treat each other as family. THANK YOU LEADERSHIP and THANK YOU HR. I could not be more grateful.
