The nurse resource manager for the transportation department was uncooperative with her department, she did not answer phone calls, did not respond to emails, she belittled her employees, she made them compete against each other for most metrics completed in a day, she favored some employees over others and flaunted it, when transporters were understaffed she refused to help or be considerate, she always took the sides of the nurses and often blamed the transporters even though she represented them as well.
