The staff at my facility is the number one reason I come to work everyday. The nurses here at Parham Doctors Hospital are absolutely the best! Everyone is always warm and welcoming and truly go above and beyond to assisted everyone in their day to day activities. The surgeons, doctors, and administrative staff are all very approachable and willing to help in any way they can. It is truly a wonderful team of individuals at this hospital.

The only complaint I have after 8 yrs of working here is the price of insurance being raised every year. I know that there is only so much control HCA has of the price increase however it is extremely frustrating to work in the healthcare field and feel that your insurance is not covering what it should when you are doing your best to help other people with illness and disease get well again. Very frustrating.
