Every employee was willing to open their door and teach me about how their role contributes to HCB's success.

Didn't get to work on any projects directly.

Honestly all the people here are gems they are considerate of each others time and trust each other to develop solid campaigns. As a person of color I really appreciated how welcoming the team was with my ideas and really felt included and seen in every kick off/ brainstorm.
