Salary is poor, all are under employed. appraisal is just a showoff. For 95% employees increment will be between 10rs to 150rs. For a few employees it will be flat 1500 whether they are experienced or not. But there are employees who will get 17000rs (per month) increment also. Its all depend on how you are good with the managers.
