Pay started off good but after inflation hit you can find many other jobs that pay around the same to start even after you've been here 20 years.
Union is pointless in this place.
Can't even get a full RRSP match.
A company built for investment purpose only and to keep the workers "just above broke" so they will keep on working .
Career enhancement is good if your willing to dedicate all your time to the system.
