So if you are his favourite you can take away as much as you wish... - Recently they have changed their transportation policies, so transport is becoming a problem for those who come from far-off places. -Non-technical team leads managing technical core teams and creating a heck of a problem for resources. -I have been into a project where people from service desk are made to lead core technical teams and then they are totally clueless about whats going on. All they care about are customer satisfaction and CSAT/DSAT scores. They are just not willing to understand that resolving an issue is much more than just a phone call and pleasing the customer.
