Very Poor Management They hire you for anything,resume are useless and irrelevant to their Job Profile. While Profile may sound great,but actual work is of BPO. Salary is pathetic,feels like working as an Labour if not employee. 9:30 hours of fixed shift timing,and you have to by their provided cabs only. Night Shifts are nightmare. Managers are pathetic,biased way of review for employees. Wont let you quit respectfully. No Career Opportunities afterwards,you'll get no REAL Experience of WORK.
