Worst management i have ever seen my life. There is no allowances, benefits or any kind of variables. At the time of i joined foŕ hcl, there was migration taking place as EM employees migrating to HCL. The night allowances are only for those people who migrated from EM to HCL.So we used to call it as partiality. For the people who hired by hcl , there is no allowances.. And be careful that, while interview they won't tell anything on shift after you joined to hcl, they will push you into night shift without informing you. They will push the people who have very less experience like 1 or 2 into night shift and those who have more experience, they allow them to work on day shift. And the wost people pradeep jay and karthik ,they are ruining the whole HCL by doing worst management.
