They don't hire enough resources to manage current contract. Good technicians are leaving every month which create overload and stress burn out for the ones who stay behind. No good way to manage your day when everyone expects you there onsite fixing their incident the same or next day and you have 15 - 29 people ahead of them and emails coming in to your reporting manager asking for status and executive support along with email request override the ticketing system request. Technicians can't put out the fires fast enough.
