      Poor hike in general, appraisal is farce, only profit minded, too many managers and very few genuine leaders. No mentoring, no guidance to employees, full politics, and EFCS (Employee First Customer Second) idea is big joke. They don't respect hard work, only want high customer ratings. No CMMi rules followed, ordeal to get bills refunded, no proper care of employees during relocation
