Challenging to manage all level of the sales process including deliveries due to poor infrastructure. Commissions are paid upon delivery and lead times can be an issue. Company doesn't honor commissions on delivered sales after you leave. Bait and switch on commission structure Which they change (lower) when there's a sale so you can never really get ahead.
