Vantaggi
The role is remote, allowing for a flexible schedule. The pay is decent, though it recently shifted from an uncapped commission structure to a more restrictive bonus system. Additionally, the company benefits from the backing of a Fortune 500 parent company, which provides some level of stability.
Svantaggi
This company used to be great. I’ve worked here for a long time, and we once thrived under the principles of the "Inverted Pyramid" and a "Value Wheel" centered around our customers and front-line associates. Unfortunately, recent changes suggest that leadership now prioritizes the CEO and top-down executives over the employees who drive the business daily. The Chief Sales Officer consistently overpromises and underdelivers, turning what was once a top-tier sales team into a mere shadow of its former self. The workplace environment has shifted from positive and motivating to negative and demoralizing. Leadership no longer feels supportive, and their focus on employees and customers seems to be fading. Additionally, the healthcare benefits are mediocre at best, and overall, the company’s direction feels disconnected from the values that once made it successful. The lack of investment in both employees and customers is disappointing, making it clear that the priorities have changed—and not for the better.
