I have been working at HD for 2.5 years now. I would say this is one of the great company to work. The company is highly diversified, meaning you can grow horizontally and vertically, depending on your interest. HD has strong HR policies and it is a value based company. HD takes care of employee’s aspirations and if you have established as a good performer, sky is the limit for you to grow within HD, it still maintains an entrepreneurial and start up like culture, where employees are encouraged to take risks. Every company have good and bad side

Working at HD Workstations Pvt Ltd has been the best decision . i think HDWS is the only company in India which has a perfect work and personal life balance. The Management support is amazing, most managers don't listen from their employees, one thing I enjoy about management is they understand how important the voice of an employee is.
