HDR is employee owned and heavily advertises "employee owned culture", benefits are reasonable with a transit subsidy option for those who commute by public transit, and the company hires some of the brightest talent in the field.

This may be specific to the Oregon Area, but turnover in the Finance group is ridiculous. It's been a long term problem and management has shown no effort to investigate and solve the problem. Employees are overworked and rushed, causing many mistakes, rework, project losses, and stressed client relationships. Virtually no training. If you want tot work at HDR, you should be prepared to self train.
