Diverse markets and projects; HDR had an expert on staff for any challenge a client could face. The firm also has a robust employee development program, especially for young employees.

Headquartered in Nebraska and led by a group of men that have been buddies for years. Virtually no diversity in top-level leadership. I always found it interesting that the firm advocates for sustainability and environmentalism while also serving mining and "big oil" clients. Current employees also shared recently that the firm was considering going after Trump's wall until employees fought back. Very much a big business trying to make money and get bigger.
