      Nice new building in a nice upcoming area. Good people. Some pretty amazing projects to put on your resume. Good benefits. Good pay.

      CAD Standards and practices are outdated. The file management software creates more problems than it's worth. Most things I work on are poorly scheduled and constantly needing to be done "yesterday" which is a concern when it comes to quality and job satisfaction. I am optimistic that the negative aspects will improve over time. Overall a good place to work.

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
