Great company to work for - Recensione dipendente - Civil Engineer presso HDR

Great people, great stock price. Heard some folks complaining about diversity/inclusion. Really depends on the office. It’s a huge company, some areas are loaded with liberals and some areas with conservatives. I personally don’t hire based on race or gender, I hire the most qualified for the position. So my team is a good mix. But again I don’t come to work to fill a quota, I come to work to get things done. That being said there are many groups and opportunities to express whatever opinion you may have.
