There is no siloing different industries and everyone is always willing to help no matter who they are. C class is also very active in the company and takes feedback seriously. The employee stock option is top notch and always performa very well.

      The company is very risk adverse so working on smaller local jobs doesn't always happen when there is a potential risk to the pursuit.
