Experiment details are discussed and fine tuned so no one's time is wasted. People are clever and good at communicating. They have thoughtful assessments on data and are good at working and thinking on the fly. We have somewhat frequent gatherings and internal collaborations so the community feels close and connected. Stock options and pay seem fair based on the market and continue to adapt to what the market is doing. There is good opportunity for growth/raise/promotion. People do lots of skill sharing.
