The company strategy is much clearer than it was 2-3 years ago, but still not clear enough. A lot of benefits were removed, some not much better ones added.

They cut in half 401k, which was the best part of the benefits and stole away our PTO, moving it to DTO. The problem is every manager and lead in US office tries to show his powers. They don't like answering emails, don't care about feedback, they do care about leaving in their own built bubble. Unfortunately, nobody cares about it. A lot of really good employees has left the company, as they don't pay so good as others. I can tell you that because I'm an Engineering Manager by myself and getting an increase is almost impossible (besides regular 3%).
