Small start up type company so you may not get the best quality service working here. Working with Finance, primarily the Financial Controller Crystal Bai - exercise caution. Had questions regarding finance related things - you leave more confused and frustrated than when you first entered with your questions. Never have I worked with someone who debates, spirals when explaining things to you, and overcomplicates things. I knew I wasn't going to get straight answers and had to figure it out on my own. Don't like to leave angry and have nothing done. No employee deserves to feel this way at any job. Work with other people at the company as they'll be more helpful and efficient. You've been warned from my experience here.
