Since I mainly just work on IT general controls, so that access control , change management, and IT operations. I think sometimes change management is a big one.Typically what our work structure looks like we are on a team, so we embark on a new project. It is usually 5 to 7 or 4-6 people depending on the team and also which project we are given. And will go through the entire audit process.

That’s planning, where we essentially ensure the scope of the audit, the audit objective, and audit program. We also get the risk control matrix from the client. We create a PBC list requesting for evidence. And then from there, we move into the fieldwork phase.
