KPIs are all wrong they choose wrap time comfort breaks, in their policy states 5 mins an hour for CB you use them and you get pinged non stop unrealistic expectations thinking they’ll get more calls in which they won’t, support chat don’t work managers are rude and argumentative, you won’t progress not in a good time frame they under utilise staff managers have a bully policy and expect you to take everything they give deny holidays no support just a horrible company
