Hi, thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. We understand that the Call Center Industry is not for everyone, but our employees are very dedicated, and valuable members of our team. Our Work@Home program has been growing and evolving with our clients over the past 2 years and we are very proud of these difficult times that we can offer this flexibility to our employees to keep everyone gainfully and safely employed. Our interview process gives our applicants a 360 view into training/scheduling and how a disciplined full-time role from home operates. Our training and onboarding programs have won numerous accolades from our clients and in the industry and we are disappointed with your comments, but we will pass along to our Ops Team to assist in going forward.
