Where do I start?
First off the training sucks. They give you so little time to learn so much and then throw you in the deep end and say SWIM. Need help with something? Gonna wait at least an hour for a useless answer. Then they complain that you were on the call for so long and your KBI are affected. All they care about is their agents making sales and if you don't make an offer then that affects your schedule. Oh you filled out the schedule preference form? Cool they won't follow that at all. Need a day off for a doctors appointment? Good luck with that. They also like to break the federal law with regards to certain matters. They make up these stupid policies that make it so hard to follow. I never knew who my team leader was as every month it seemed I was on a different team. Break a policy? Fired and they don't even give you a chance to plead your case. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
