Good company but the WORST RH ever - Recensione dipendente - Trainer presso HGS

I had the opportunity to lead a team in HGS Colombia, I thought a lot about doing this review but I was shy about thinking that it could harm someone in terms of reputation until one of my new collaborators told me a story similar to that of one of my former collaborators of the team that I led, this company is in Barranquilla, a beautiful and warm place, very good to visit and the building is giant, people treat you well but the RH department is terrifying, I don't remember the name of the person who leads this department and I don't want to do it either but the This woman's arrogant attitude shocked me since I'm from another country, I remember seeing my former collaborator crying because of the bad treatment she gave her and today I heard a story like that again. It is sad that a company loses employees because of the poor quality they have when choosing HR.
