Long hours, horrible work to live ratio , bonus as a manager with the pay plan I was on was u achieveable although the stats showed an increase in performance all around. Plan was cut a relatively the same time so the amount of work load I would take on was significantly more than the average manager who’s history’s and body of work showed. A lot of ego and extremely narcissistic behavior contingent upon pay grade
