I had a great time working at HLC. The culture was inclusive and supportive of a work/life balance. The management provided clear and measurable objectives.

Recent layoffs affected dozens of employees and two of their four U.S. distribution centers were shut down. I hope they can right the ship soon!

Pat McGinnis is a great leader, listen and learn if you have the opportunity. The Product Managers in the US are awesome people and very knowledgeable about the industry.

The Canadian side are tough to work with, often talk down to those in the US. Seem like they don't like working or taking any feedback as their approach is a bit abrasive.
