company atmosphere. the team and leadership is very inclusive, making sure you're okay, open and inviting for company functions and things like lunch. the little things really made my experience. unlike most civil + surveying companies, HMH covers a lot of different disciplines in the project life from urban planning to landscape architecture. they even have a public works division as well. you'll get to experience the full project life-cycle and pick up certain things. leadership won't baby you; if they think you can handle additional responsibilities, they'll challenge you and have your back in the process

cad standards and manual are a bit of a doozy. very organized and clean but takes a long while to pick up. even then there are always items that slip through the cracks
