Loved working here for many reasons

There was high stress sometimes

Overall, HMN is a great company to work for with a great group of talented people.

Performance reviews usually are conducted once a year. However, I think it would be beneficial to have reviews twice a year with conversations about raise opportunities. As with most architecture firms, there can be high stress at times.
