I am a current employee of HMS and have been with the company for over 10 years. At HMS, I have learned the value of a great company. I started here at young age, looking for an office job. I was given that chance and started out in an entry level position. I have since grown in my professional development, have a career at HMS that I am proud of and enjoy coming to work every day. We have many opportunities for career advancements and promotions. HMS will even help you with career advancement, by providing in-house training and insurance classes. HMS has a great management team with communication being a key aspect, they provide great leadership in every facet of HMS’ day to day operations. Not only does HMS have opportunities to earn a great salary, we have great health care benefits, a 401k that HMS matches, bonuses, gym subsides, etc. HMS even has fun things to do every year like picnics, holiday parties, and our annual crab feast. HMS provides complimentary tickets to the B&O Railroad Museum, Maryland Zoo and the Maryland Science center so you can spend time with your family. We have a gorgeous office building, nice desks, and a brand-new lunchroom with an on-site food market set-up. HMS is always making sure we are up to date on current technology, with new computers and a nice operating program. If you want a great place to work then HMS is the place to be.
