      Owners and upper management respect, trust and empower their employees at all times . Personal touch and open door policy . Owners visit properties and don’t mind getting their hand dirty and work . Upper management and owners are always available and never felt that their staff is lower or insignificant

      There is no proper chain of command . Sometimes feel like there is direction during renovation and proper instruction on what to follow
