The HR organization is top-notch and well-organized to support the business. Leadership is thoughtful, open to new approaches, and challenges the team to think creatively. The COE's are truly that - excellent! - and partner closely around compensation, training, job descriptions, etc. There are meaningful development opportunities and high-performing employees are recognized and promoted.
Svantaggi
The company culture, while respectful and mission-centered, can be overly formal. The vacation accrual schedule doesn't tier up until 9 years of employment which isn't very competitive in a market where people are changing jobs every 3-5 years.
