One of the biggest pros of working for HouseMart is the supportive environment. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, and makes you feel like you’re truly part of the company.

One area for improvement is cross-training. Depending on the department, only one or two people may know how to use certain systems or complete specific processes, while others may not be as familiar. This can make it harder to get help when those team members are unavailable.
