The company is very tight-knit, and their is a very healthy work/life balance with their WFH schedule. They provide competitive benefits, and really care for their employees

Not any cons to note, they are a great company to work for.

- clear process - open to some flexibility in work process - great for someone starting out in HR

- some shared work made autonomy difficult - rigid procedures - different managers for each area of work (Ops manager, Talent manager) so if your role encompassed both, you had different managers for each area
