Annual bonus and raise( but do not expect very much if you're not management)

There is no room for advancement in this company unless everyone in your department decides to quit and you're the last one left. They treat their employees bad and expect a annual "fun day" to compensate for the mistreatment of their employees. If you are hired on to this company, more than likely you are more qualified than your manager to be a manager. If you are not in sales, then you are a low class employee. Expect to be handling multiple responsibilities while continuing to be asked to do more without recognition or extra compensation. Expect to be chastised or even fired if you make one mistake. Coaching and training is not apart of the values of this company. Please dont waste apart of your life by applying to this company. Or, If you do apply here, I wish you the best of luck.

We had some decent company parties.

I have worked at numerous employers, in numerous areas of the country, and in numerous different roles. Almost all of the roles have involved new business development. All of the aforementioned employers before HR Solutions believed in putting the client first. HR Solutions was solely focused on the almighty dollar without much regard to the quality of work done for the client. This company ranks dead last, and it is not even close, in the quality of management, ethics, and culture out of all of my prior employers. A truly awful and dysfunctional organization that needs a complete reset from top to bottom.
