Annual bonus and raise( but do not expect very much if you're not management)

There is no room for advancement in this company unless everyone in your department decides to quit and you're the last one left. They treat their employees bad and expect a annual "fun day" to compensate for the mistreatment of their employees. If you are hired on to this company, more than likely you are more qualified than your manager to be a manager. If you are not in sales, then you are a low class employee. Expect to be handling multiple responsibilities while continuing to be asked to do more without recognition or extra compensation. Expect to be chastised or even fired if you make one mistake. Coaching and training is not apart of the values of this company. Please dont waste apart of your life by applying to this company. Or, If you do apply here, I wish you the best of luck.

Most** of the people that you work with are amazing, its a good entry level position for sure. They try their hardest to try to take care of their employees, because of the high stress of the job.

There is ZERO room for advancement. You are paid below average for the area. Managers are over stressed and take it out on employees.
