1. Talent acquisition head and HR are the worst people in India. They harass people who speak against injustice. They will jointly destroy you emotionally, physically, psychologically if you contest them. They have created a lobby and want you to be their slave. 2. They encouraged office women being harassed publicly in office parties and asked for inappropriate favours further asked them to keep mum or lose their job. 3. Senior management blindly trusts these people and promotes them without supporting victims who get harassed. 4. Poor culture and high level of politics, no growth, increment or bonus. 5. They don't respect employees and treat them like slaves.

It’s a pretty diverse company

Team of “intrepreneurs” which basically means everyone is looking out for themselves with no true sense of “team” collaboration. Everyone’s a leader which can be chaotic. Daily miscommunication resulting in a lot of finger pointing (and actual arguing!) when things go wrong. Goals and priorities change constantly, sometimes within the same week, stemming from the miscommunication. I’ve worked in high pressure environments before, but this isn’t that type of chaos. It’s disorganized and dysfunctional. All jobs have their issues, but please do your homework before joining and don’t ignore the negative reviews. I really wish I had trusted my gut when I read them.
