Decent enough people, pretty reasonable pay and benefits. Lots of opportunities for advancement.

Processes and procedures change a little too frequently. Call center is pretty much a meat grinder; other departments seem a lot more stable. Work/life balance seems to vary from position to position (mine is pretty good).
